The first phase of courtyard improvements at Hensley Plaza is now complete.
The work included new sidewalks, landscaping, lighting, and a defined outdoor space designed for seating, small gatherings, and future tenant use.
We are currently in conversations with potential tenants for the adjacent space and are seeking an operator who can take advantage of both the interior and outdoor area.

Terry Commercial Realty is beginning exterior improvements to Hensley Plaza, including a flexible courtyard space behind Main Street in downtown Jasper. Over the next two months, this underused lot will be transformed into a welcoming place for pop-up events, outdoor seating, and community gathering, with new lighting and streetscape enhancements.
The Wall Street Barber will remain open during construction. The exterior improvements are not expected to impact their normal operating hours.
